First, the Five Point Star:
Second, the Moon Goddess pose:
Bring yourself into Five Point Star as you say “I AM,” and then exhale into Moon Goddess as you complete your sentence. Some words that work:
- Freakin’ AWESOME
Just 3 repetitions of this sequence with the affirmation sentence have the ability to rock your world.
